Literature Text

It's not real
                they say,
with a sigh and a roll of the eyes

It's just a phase
                 they proclaim,
as their gazes pierce you day after day

This is just a trend
                        they spit,
as you shake your head and wish you were dead

This is greed
                     they whisper,
accusations pierce you as anger rises fiercely

You're seeking attention
                    they hiss,
with teeth bared as you pretend not to care

You're a sinner
                     they scream,
while you are engulfed by their bullshit feeling like a misfit

Get out of here
                      they demand,
as you begin to cry and ask why

Get out of our lives
                       they order,
while you moan and take one last look at your home
I dedicate this poem to all my fellow members of the LGBT community who have ever been discriminated against for their sexuality, and also all the people who are the victims of hate crimes each day.

This poem literally describes how some of my ex-friends treated and looked at me :[ but I don't care about 'em anymore, if they can't accept me for who I am and discriminating me for being different, they were never worth it :D
Thank you so much for creating this, it sends out a strong message to the world... sexuality shouldn't be something people hate on others for ^^
